Gourmet BBQ System Hinged Cooking Grate
Remove the circular grate insert and replace it with a griddle, poultry roaster, pizza stone, or any of the many Gourmet BBQ System inserts (sold separately) to choose from. The hinged grate makes it easy to add charcoal while grilling.
One-Touch Cleaning System
The One-Touch™ cleaning system provides hassle-free clean-up of charcoal ash and debris by swiping it into a high-capacity, removable ash catcher.
Tuck-Away Lid Holder
Conveniently slide the cover over to the side of the grill, and tuck it away, to avoid placing it on the ground while grilling.
Superior Heat Retention
The porcelain enamelled lid and bowl retain heat for consistent temperature and even cooking. The finish also prevents rusting, cracking, and peeling while withstanding high grilling temperatures.
Lid Thermometer
The built-in lid thermometer displays the internal temperature of your grill so that you know when to adjust the heat.
Warming Rack
